TIM STARTS NEW LABEL

Tim McGraw announced that he will be starting his own record label, StyleSonic Records, with his producer Byron Gallimore.

And the label’s first project? It’s the soundtrack album from Tim’s upcoming movie, Flicka, which premieres in theaters Oct. 20. The soundtrack CD hits stores earlier that week on Oct. 17. “I am excited to officially announce the new label,” says Tim. “We were excited to be asked to work on the soundtrack and we also have several new artists that we are in the studio working on.” Byron Gallimore has produced several of Tim’s records, including the albums Live Like You Were Dying and Everywhere. The new label, says Tim, “Is a dream Byron and I have had for a long time.”
