"McGraw" isn't an Italian name - but Tim McGraw was still honored last weekend at the National Italian American Foundation's 29th Anniversary Awards Gala in Washington, D.C. Tim's Italian connection? His mom's maiden name is D'Agostino. Tim was awarded the Special Achievement Award in Music, and legendary tenor, Luciano Pavarotti, was inducted into NIAF's "Italian American Hall of Fame" for his work in music. Tim's wife, Faith Hill, and mother, Betty Trimble, accompanied him. His good buddy Jo Dee Messina also took part in the event.
