Tim McGraw’s Team McGraw

Team McGraw, a training program that raises money and increases awareness for the Tug McGraw Foundation, is celebrating its return to the Country Music Marathon & ½ Marathon in Nashville. To celebrate and help its runners prepare for the race, Team McGraw will host its “Bowling for Brains” warm-up party on Friday, April 23 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Tusculum Lanes in Nashville. The bowling party is open to all. Tickets can be purchased online at www.tugmcgraw.org for $10 to $35.

"We are so thankful and appreciative of the dedication and strength of Team McGraw,” said Tim McGraw, honorary chairman of the Tug McGraw Foundation. "Their efforts help generate much-needed attention and funding for quality of life research for those who are affected by brain tumors and other neurological conditions.”

Runners, supporters and spectators joining the “Bowling for Brains” event will be part of an exciting night in Nashville before the 11th Annual Country Music Marathon & ½ Marathon. The evening will include bowling, a silent auction, a “carb-out” pasta bar, as well as entertainment by country musician Lance Miller.
