TIM, KENNY WANT CHARGES DROPPED

The saga continues for Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney: Now their lawyer is ready to ask the court to drop all charges against the mischievous duo.

The pair was arrested in Buffalo, N.Y., after the George Strait Festival last June: Kenny on charges on disorderly conduct (for allegedly riding into the night on a cop's horse) and Tim with "obstructing governmental administration, menacing and harassment, assault and resisting arrest." He allegedly grabbed a cop by the neck during a scuffle with police.

But lawyer Thomas Eoannou says there wasn't enough reason to book the superstars, according to the AP. A judge will hear arguments on Feb. 8.
