Tim Helps Honor Neil Diamond

Tim McGraw will be part of the performing lineup at a special event honoring pop icon Neil Diamond, the 2009 MusicCares Person of the Year, Feb. 6, in Los Angeles.

Neil is being honored for his artistic achievements as well as his ongoing charity work. Also performing during the show are Raul Malo, former lead vocalist of the Mavericks, the Foo Fighters, Josh Groban, Jennifer Hudson, Adele and the band Coldplay. The MusicCares Person of the Year tribute is one of the most prestigious events held during Grammy awards week. Past honorees include Don Henley of the Eagles, Bonnie Raitt, James Taylor and others.
