Tim, Faith Kick Off New Tour June 5

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill will kick off their much-anticipated Soul2Soul 2007 Tour Tuesday night, June 5, in Omaha, Neb.

Their opening acts include Lori McKenna, new group Halfway to Hazard and Lance Miller. Lori will join the tour through July 6, then rising teen star Taylor Swift will take the slot for several nights beginning July 9, with The Warren Brothers opening the rest of the dates. In keeping with Tim and Faith’s philosophy of putting the fans first, the couple says, “We wanted to continue to grow and expand the experience for the fans. We have a personal connection with all of these artists and their music.” The tour ends Aug. 11 in Anaheim, Calif.
