TIM DOES DOUBLE DUTY

Tim McGraw sports two different hats in his involvement with his upcoming movie Flicka, which hits theaters Oct. 20.

Tim has the lead male role in the film, based on the family classic My Friend Flicka, playing the father of a headstrong teenage girl. He also serves as executive producer of the movie soundtrack CD, which will be released Oct. 17 on his new label, StyleSonic Records. Tim wrote the main song from the movie, “My Little Girl,” with top Music Row songwriter Tom Douglas, and says, “It was great to get Tom out and create a special song for the movie. I love Tom’s writing and thought he was the perfect writer to collaborate with on this project.”
