TIM AND FAITH SURPRISE LUCKY FAN

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill showered one lucky fan with a special gift when they played the second of their three concerts in Los Angeles, Friday, Aug. 18.

Fan Christine Nevins of Oak Hills, Calif., was the holder of the one-millionth ticket for Tim and Faith’s Soul2 Soul II Tour since the concert series kicked off April 21. Christine and her husband Eric were whisked away to a private meeting with Tim and Faith followed by the unveiling of a fabulous gift: a brand-new Dodge Charger, packed with Hershey chocolates and complete with XM Satellite Radio. “This car is mine,” Christine told her husband, “and nobody is driving it but me.” Christine is a restaurant manager while Eric is beginning his 20th year as a police officer. Tim and Faith’s tour is predicted to be the highest-grossing country tour in history and one of the biggest for any genre in 2006.
