Tim’s Label Partners With Mercury Records

Tim McGraw’s StyleSonic Records label has announced a joint venture with Mercury Records to launch a new act, Halfway to Hazard.

The band first came to the attention of Byron Gallimore, Tim’s producer and partner in StyleSonic. “These guys are the real thing,” says Tim. “Their songs are amazing, they have great energy live.” Tim was asked if he will also be an act on the new label, once his current deal with Curb Records is completed. “Whatever I do after the deal I have now will include my label,” Tim told Neil Haislop’s Nashville IQ. “But you know you gotta go out and look for what the best possible thing is for your career. If it doesn’t work for me career-wise, I won’t be there.”
