TILLIS & TILLIS COLLABORATE

Pam Tillis didn't have to bang on doors to get one of country music's legends to join her in the studio for a duet -- she just had to ask her dear old dad!

Mel Tillis spent part of last week recording his part of "Waiting on the Wind" for Pam's upcoming album, Thunder and Roses. Pam has recorded background vocals for Mel before, but this is the first true collaboration for the father-daughter duo.

Thunder and Roses is scheduled for a March 6 release. Pam's current single, "Please," is currently in the Top 40 on the Billboard country chart.
