To promote their nomination in the Vocal Duo of the Year category for the upcoming Academy of Country Music Awards on April 1, Shawna and Keifer Thompson of Thompson Square created the hilarious two-and-a-half-minute video, "S*@t Thompson Square Says." The clip is a takeoff on writer Justin Halpern's recently popular Twitter feed, "$#*! My Dad Says," which spawned a hit book and television show.

"Is that your foot?" Shawna asks in one scene, while lying in bed with husband Keifer. "Nope," Keifer says with a mischievous grin. "Wanna look through our neighbor's window with a telescope tonight?" Keifer asks as the couple is driving in their car.

These are just a few of the sometimes wacky sayings in the life of Shawna and Keifer. The clip also pokes fun at Shawna's habits of making the couple late and of losing her phone. There are several humorous scenes where Keifer's amorous advances are rejected.

The clip should keep the duo at the top of ACM voters' minds as they cast their ballots for the Vocal Duo category, which also includes nominees Love and Theft, Steel Magnolia, Sugarland and Montgomery Gentry.
