TERRI CLARK'S GETTING MARRIED

Terri Clark may sing "The World Needs A Drink," but the reason they need one is to toast Terri on her engagement. Terri recently announced that she'll be walking down the aisle-September 17, to be exact-with her longtime friend, tour manager and guitar player, Greg Kaczor. "Greg couldn't be a more perfect fit for me," said Terri. "I mean, who knows me better than the man I'm with around the clock. He supports my grueling career schedule and has always been there for me." Terri added in the journal on her website, terriclark.com, that she and Greg both chose to keep their relationship under wraps "until we were ready to let the public know, and we decided now is the right time. I hope you are all happy for us, as we have been soul mates all along, and are happy to finally be able to share that happiness with everyone." Incidentally, Terri and Greg have known each other and worked together for nearly 10 years, since he became her monitor technician in late 1995. Two years later, he became her tour manager and acoustic guitar band mate. Watch for the happy couple at next week's ACM Awards on May 17. "We are going to be there with bells on," she said, "although I am presenting and not performing this year."
