TERRI CLARK PROMOTES NEW ALBUM

In New York to attend the Music To My Ears charity concert, Terri Clark spent some time at the Cowgirl Hall of Fame in front of a crowd of media personnel to promote her newest album, "Pain To Kill."

Sitting on a barstool in front of journalists from "People," "The Wall Street Journal," "TV Guide," "Rolling Stone" and "Guitar," she performed several songs from her new album, and even shared some of the stories behind the music.

As for the barstool, Terri says she was quite comfortable. "This is how I cut my teeth," she says. "If you can't sing over a crowd in a bar, then you probably didn't get out there and make music for the people -- because that's just part of it."
