Taylor Swift says she gets her name from the "You've Got a Friend" singer.

The country star is set to be the guest star July 2 for a James Taylor concert in Lenox, Mass., outside Boston, according to The Berkshire Eagle.

The two have quite a connection: Taylor brought the iconic singer/songwriter onstage with her at her tour-ending show last year in New York's Madison Square Garden—after revealing that she was named after him. The two did J.T.'s "Fire and Rain," and he then strummed guitar while Taylor sang "Fifteen."

The July 2 show is the first of three that James is set to play with the Boston Symphony Orchestra at the Tanglewood Music Center.
