Taylor Swift to Play Gracie Awards
Teen star Taylor Swift will perform at the Gracie Awards in New York City, Monday night, June 18.
The Gracie Awards, named for the late comedienne Gracie Allen, honors women in radio and television who have made a significant impact on culture. Taylor is especially excited to perform for an organization that has previously honored two of her role models, Diane Sawyer and Oprah Winfrey. “I freaked out when I met Diane Sawyer back in October,” Taylor says. “I just really respect women who attain fame and keep it going. I’m so honored to be invited to the Gracie Awards!”
