Taylor Swift continues to show a heart for her teen fans who are battling illnesses.

On Monday (March 18) night in St. Louis, it was 15-year-old Cheyenna Ames' turn to fulfill her dream of meeting Taylor. The teen has been hospitalized for months with cystic fibrosis, but the hospital staff agreed to let her go to Taylor's concert.

Clutching an inhaler, Cheyenna told TV station KTVI, "If I get short of breath from screaming so hard."

Once Cheyenna got to the venue, local radio station Bull 93.7 gave her meet-and-greet passes.

Afterward, Cheyenna said Taylor was "super-nice" to her.
