Taylor Swift Donates 14,000 Books to Nashville Public Library

Some books were donated to low-income children and day-care centers.

Taylor Swift is giving back to her beloved Nashville yet again. The singer donated 14,000 Scholastic books to the Nashville Public Library, available for checkout at each of the city's 21 branches.

Some of the books will be donated to low-income children, preschools and day-care centers.

Each book donated by Taylor can be easily identified, thanks to a plastic plate on the inside cover of each book that reads, "A Gift to the Children of Nashville from Taylor Swift and Scholastic Inc."

In October, Taylor teamed up with Scholastic to donate 6,000 books to a library in Reading, Pa.
