Taylor Swift ruled the night at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas, Sunday night (May 19). Taylor led all artists with eight big wins, including Top Artist and Top Billboard 200 album for her current release, Red.

Taylor thanked her fans during her Top Artist acceptance speech and noted that her relationship with the fans is the best she's ever had. Taylor also performed during the telecast on ABC, singing her hit "22," accompanied by a full dance crew.

Other country stars were also prominent on the stage, with The Band Perry reprising their No. 1 single "Better Dig Two" complete with a laser light show. The duo Florida Georgia Line introduced Kacey Musgraves, who gave an acoustic performance of her hit "Merry Go 'Round." Shania Twain and Kid Rock served as presenters during the telecast.

Congratulations to Taylor for her dominating night at the 2103 Billboard Music Awards. Check the Billboard website for the full list of awards and winners.
