Taylor Swift Closes Out CRS With Surprise Duet

Taylor Swift put a smile on the faces of the folks attending the New Faces of Country Music show at Country Radio Seminar in Nashville, Friday night (March 1), when she made a surprise appearance with Florida Georgia Line to sing on the duo's No. 1 hit "Cruise."

The Florida Georgia Line duo of Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard had already started the song when Taylor took the stage to cheers and a standing ovation. It was the perfect way to close the evening, the traditional finale to Country Radio Seminar week in Nashville. The New Faces of Country Music show highlights emerging talent from various record labels, performing for radio station personnel and other industry insiders.

This year's show featured Easton Corbin, Brantley Gilbert, Kip Moore and Jana Kramer, along with Florida Georgia Line. Highlights included first act Easton, who performed his current hit, "All Over the Road," "Lovin' You Is Fun" and others. Brantley rocked with "Country Must Be Country Wide," while Kip's set included his latest No. 1 hit, "Beer Money." Jana closed her set with her breakthrough single, "Why Ya Wanna." But it was Florida Georgia Line who had the crowd on its feet with their current single, "Get Your Shine On," and, of course, that surprise pop-up by Taylor.
