Taylor Swift is among the millions of Americans who love that the five teenagers who make up the U.S. women's gymnastics team won the first all-around gold medal for America since 1996.
"CONGRATS @Aly_Raisman and all of the fab five on your incredible win!!!!" Taylor tweeted.
Aly replied almost immediately: "thank you so much Taylor! You just made my night! You are my favorite singer!!!!"
Of course, we never said this lovefest was exclusive.
Taylor also reached out to swimmer Missy Franklin: "I was so happy to see you win, girl :)"
And the gymnasts also reached out to pop star (and Taylor's friend) Justin Bieber, saying they hoped to meet him.
No firm date set yet, but Justin did tweet a congrats to the girls.
