Taylor Gets Def

Taylor Swift will join forces with English rockers Def Leppard for an upcoming episode of the hit series CMT Crossroads, airing Nov. 8.

The teaming of the young country star and the veteran hard rockers isn’t as unlikely as it seems. “I have been screaming the words to Def Leppard songs for years, so it’s amazing that I’m going to get to share a stage with them this year,” says Taylor. Def Leppard’s Joe Elliott adds, “How cool is this? Country’s hottest young star wanting to work with us!” The show will be taped before an invitation-only audience in Nashville in October.
