How is it even possible for an arena show to sell out in under 120 seconds?

That’s what happened for Taylor Swift’s Los Angeles show at Staples Center, home of, among other things, the Grammy Awards show.

Taylor added two shows there, for Aug. 27 and 28, for which tickets go on sale Dec. 10.

Taylor also sold out Gillette Stadium near Boston—home of the New England Patriots—in five minutes.

Tour organizers also added a show there, for June 26, and those tix go on sale Dec. 11.

In all, the first 10 shows for the North American leg of Taylor’s Speak Now World Tour 2011 sold out quickly late last week.
