Tan, Toned Tim Says He’s Working Out to Be Healthy
“I was an athlete growing up, so I've always sort of been a gym rat,” Tim says.
Have you noticed that Tim McGraw is in terrific shape, and he's not scared to post a shirtless picture of himself on Twitter lately?
Tim tells reporters this isn't a vanity thing—he really likes being in shape.
"I just like being healthy," he said. "I quit drinking four years ago because I wanted to be healthy, and because I wanted to be around for my grandkids."
Besides, this is nothing new for Tim.
"I was an athlete growing up, so I've always sort of been a gym rat. There have been times in my life and my career where I've let it slide a little bit."
And this is definitely not one of those times.
