Sugarland’s Jennifer Considers Solo Career After Duets Win

“Kristian [Bush] and I are very supportive of each other in that way,” Jennifer says.

Jennifer Nettles kicked butt in the debut season of ABC's Duets, landing her contestants in the top two spots and getting nationwide TV exposure for her voice with an audience that might not have heard her before.

So, will Sugarland's lead singer use Duets as a springboard to go solo? Maybe, she tells TV industry website zap2it.com.

"Kristian [Bush] and I are very supportive of each other in that way," a pregnant Jennifer says.

"He's been off and writing with everybody on the planet, and obviously I don't have anything on the books right now as far as [being] scheduled to go in, but I hope to be able to do that one day.

"And we both do actually, so we'll see."
