Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles got her ’70s groove on during a recent show in the duo’s homebase of Atlanta when she donned a blond afro for a cover of the Bee Gees’ “Stayin’ Alive.”
Jennifer and partner Kristian Bush are known for using hits of the ’70s and ’80s as part of their encores.
The duo famously partnered with Little Big Town and Jake Owen on The Dream Academy’s “Life in a Northern Town” and has been known to pull out tunes such as Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline” and Blondie’s “Heart of Glass” on occasion.
