Sugarland Pranks Opener Sara Bareilles at Tour Closing Show

And Sara gets back at them by dancing out onstage dressed as Kristian.

Seems singers just love to pull pranks on each other on the closing night of a tour. Ya might recall what Brad Paisley unleashed on openers Blake Shelton and Jerrod Niemann last month when their tour ended.

Sugarland ended its tour Saturday night with a hometown show in Atlanta. And the duo sent out a team of singers in matching black track suits to do a vamped-up version of opener Sara Bareilles' smash hit “Love Song.”

Sara laughed the whole way through it.

“So this is the last night of the tour, and sometimes stuff like that happens,” she told the crowd right afterward. “See I knew they were gonna do something, but I did not know it was gonna be that.”

Sara’s turn came next during a Sugarland medley of pop and country cover songs. After a fake Dolly Parton, Beyoncé and others hit the stage, Sara—dressed as Sugarland's Kristian Bush—came dancing out. And Kristian loved it, smiling and laughing the whole time.

You can see Sara skipping out about four minutes into the YouTube video capturing that revenge prank.
