Sugarland Fans Petition for Super Bowl 2012 Performance

Fans hope to bring Sugarland’s harmonious sounds to the NFL stadium.

Several Sugarland fans have created a Facebook petition "We Want Sugarland for Super Bowl 2012", to help bring Sugarland's harmonious sounds to the NFL stadium.

Keith Urban, Faith Hill, and Lady Antebellum have all given riveting performances during various National Football League events. Shania Twain performed at the Super Bowl in 2003, while Clint Black, Tanya Tucker, The Judds and Travis Tritt performed in 1994's "Rockin' Country Sunday." Now fans want to add Sugarland to that illustrious list.

"Anyone who has seen Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush perform live will tell you—'There ain't no party like a Sugarland party!' Their songs are infectious. Their talent is breathtaking. Their energy is unmatched," the creators of the Facebook webpage write.
