“American Idol” runner-up will make her Opry debut during CMA Music Festival week.
SUGARLAND CARRIES ON
Many fans of the trio Sugarland were surprised to learn of the departure of Kristen Hall, one of the group's founders.
But all signs suggest that Kristen and the remaining Sugarland members, Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush, will continue to write together, assuring that their musical direction will stay intact. The main reason behind Kristen's decision appears to be that she wishes to remain home and write songs. One source has hinted that Kristen, a somewhat shy person, has found it difficult to deal with large crowds. Sugarland's next major TV appearance takes place next month at the Grammy awards in Los Angeles.
