Sugarland “Infects” the United Kingdom

Sugarland (Victorian)

Sugarland is spending the weekend in the U.K. to promote Monday’s overseas release of the duo’s latest album, The Incredible Machine, which is already platinum back here in the States.

Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush are blogging about their adventures, including riding backward in taxis and vans through London.

“Motion sickness is no match for the sights whizzing by: Royal Albert Hall! Harrods! Big Ben! The Tower of London!” they wrote.

“Our ride to the airport at dusk was breathtaking, all those bridges and buildings lit up against the sky, ancient and modern architecture clustered together in a pile of ‘Ooh! What's that??’”

Still, let’s not forget they drive on a different side of the road in merry ol’ England.

“We're learning a lot about looking in the opposite direction when stepping off curbs,” they wrote.

The language is of course the same, but in a video blog, Jennifer decides the duo is infecting England instead of invading England. Watch the video below.
