Stars Set for Celebrity Softball Challenge
Rival teams Grand Ole Opry Live and AfterMidnite With Blair Garner announced their lineups for the Lynnco Custom Cycles 17th Annual City of Hope Celebrity Softball Challenge Presented by Gibson Guitars, June 7, from Nashville’s Greer Stadium at 1:00 p.m.
The softball game, one of the most popular events at CMA Music Festival, features two teams of celebrities taking their swings for charity. Going to bat for Grand Ole Opry Live are Carrie Underwood, Craig Morgan, Chely Wright, Vince Gill and more stars. The AfterMidNite With Blair Garner squad includes Rodney Atkins, Keith Anderson, Emerson Drive and Jason Michael Carroll. Tickets are $18 and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com or by calling (615) 255-9600. Proceeds go the City of Hope, a leading cancer research and treatment center.
