Cause is personal for Kellie Pickler.

Country stars broke out suits, ties and gowns for the Best Cellars fund-raiser dinner in Nashville, which pairs the stars with some of the biggest wine collectors in the area.

The money goes to T.J. Martell Foundation, which funds leukemia, cancer and AIDS research, and that's personal for most of the singers.

“I have family members who have passed away from cancer and two who actually made it through it, so far,” said Kellie, who looked awesome in a scoop-neck, sleeveless cream dress. “So this is great to raise money for this particular charity.”

Also a tasty way: In addition to some of the more rare and expensive wines, guests—who pay over $1,000 each—are treated to an incredible meal from a world-renowned chef who is flown in for the event.

Also at the event: Blake Shelton, Charles Kelley from Lady Antebellum, Martina McBride, Joe Don Rooney from Rascal Flatts, Kix Brooks, Amy Grant, Big Kenny, Lisa Hartman Black and Clint Black and Dierks Bentley.
