Stars Attend Frist Fashion Exhibit

Lee Ann Womack, Sarah Darling and Julie Roberts were among the celebrities on hand for a gala night at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville, June 17. The occasion was a VIP reception for the opening of a new fashion exhibit, The Golden Age of Couture: Paris and London1947–1957. The exhibit features dresses and gowns from the great designers of the period, including Christian Dior and Hubert de Givenchy. Nashville is the only U.S. city where the exhibit will be on display in 2010. Lee Ann attended with her daughter Aubrey, who Lee Ann noted was even more excited about the evening than she was. The Golden Age of Couture will run through Sept. 12 at the Frist Center. For more information, visit fristcenter.org.
