Stars “Stand Up” to Cancer

Carrie Underwood and LeAnn Rimes are among the 15 female musical stars banding together for a new song intended to bring attention to the fight against cancer.

“Just Stand Up” will have its premiere on the Stand Up to Cancer TV special, set to air simultaneously on the ABC, CBS and NBC networks Sept. 5 at 8 p.m. ET. “Just Stand Up” will be available for purchase through iTunes three days earlier, with proceeds going toward the Stand Up to Cancer organization. In addition to Carrie and LeAnn, the song features the vocal talents of pop, rock and R&B stars Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, Mary J. Blige, Rihanna, Fergie, Sheryl Crow, Melissa Etheridge, Ashanti, Natasha Bedingfield, Keyshia Cole, Ciara and Leona Lewis. Find out more at standup2cancer.org.
