Songwriter Benefit in Alabama, April 24

Darryl Worley, Marty Raybon and Ken Mellons will headline a benefit for the family of singer/songwriter Billy Ryan, Friday, April 24, at the VFW Fairgrounds in Boaz, Ala.

Billy was featured in Country Weekly's Listen Up! section in 2008. He suffered a recent tragedy when his sister was killed by her husband in front of Billy and the couple's two children. The family is struggling with debts resulting from the funeral and other expenses. Tickets for the Erica Carmen Droze Memorial Benefit  are $15 and are available at ticketleap.com. Tickets will be sold at various locations in Boaz and will also be available at the VFW Fairgrounds the day of the show.
