Just how big a Sheryl Crow fan are ya? Have we got a deal for you!

Sheryl has been trying to sell her 51-acre horse farm, complete with barn, indoor riding arena and 10,000-square-foot house, for more than three years.

So she dropped the asking price from $7.5 million to a mere $3.85 million for the property, which is about 45 minutes outside Nashville.

It is a beauty, as a picture in a Nashville newspaper shows.

Comes with a recording studio, saltwater pool, six garage bays and its own saloon. Yee haw!
