Sheryl Crow: “Blake Shelton Is the Funnest Person”

NBC's The Voice whips into live playoffs Monday (May 6), and before that happens, a word from Team Blake mentor Sheryl Crow.

“Obviously I didn’t work with all the coaches, but Blake Shelton is the funnest person, and who you see on TV is who he is,” Sheryl told reporters recently. Funnest?

She particularly likes how bold Blake is, even with his own team members.

“He gives great advice,” Sheryl says. “I loved some of the advice that he was giving that I felt like, ‘Is it too harsh for me to say this?’ . . . And he comes right out with it.”

And yet, she adds, Blake has heart: “I think he really cares about all of his, all of the competitors on his team.”

Indeed. That, and he is the "funnest."
