SHeDAISY DENIES 'NSYNC RUMORS

Lance Bass of the red-hot pop group 'N Sync has sent tongues wagging all over Nashville since he announced that he and the rest of his Fab Five boy-band would record a duet with a female country artist.

So far, the identity of the leading lady (or ladies) remains a secret, but the latest to deny involvement is the sister-trio SHeDAISY.

"We don't know of anything yet," says Kassidy Osborn. "We haven't heard anything, and we've heard the rumors. I think the next time we see 'em, we'll ask 'em."

Rumors have swirled for weeks about who'll be joining 'N Sync on a duet version of their hit single "This I Promise You." Speculation so far has centered on Shania Twain, Faith Hill and Jo Dee Messina, but none have admitted to participating in the project.
