Scotty McCreery Cracks Top 25 on Chart

“I Love You This Big” is racing along.

American Idol winner Scotty McCreery has had a lot of firsts in the country music world lately.

He made his first CMA Music Festival big-stage appearance this past weekend; he met Keith Urban for the first time, in a men’s room; he made his first appearance on the Grand Ole Opry stage.

Now Scotty has his first Top 25 radio single on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. And the single, “I Love You This Big,” was released a mere three weeks ago.

The 17-year-old is in L.A. for rehearsals for the upcoming American Idols Live tour.
