GRETCHEN WILSON ON VOCAL REST

Looks like Gretchen Wilson's constant touring and interviewing has caught up with her. She postponed a concert in Huntsville, Ala., and canceled another in Perry, Ga., after her doctor advised her to rest her voice. "There is nothing urgent about her condition," said her publicist Michele Schweitzer. "She has been working nonstop for 15 months and this is the best time for her to take a rest." The Huntsville show has been moved from October 7 to December 17, and the Perry concert has been canceled with the hope of rescheduling in 2006. Gretchen is scheduled to begin "The Revolution Tour" with Big & Rich and the MuzikMafia on Nov. 4 in Houston.
