Say It Ain’t So! Taylor and Conor Have Split?
The two haven’t seen each other for months as distance and an album release force a split, source says.
And here come all the jokes about Taylor Swift having material for a new song.
A magazine is quoting a source—not identified—as saying that Taylor and Conor Kennedy have broken up.
A "close friend" of Taylor tells US Weekly: "They quietly parted ways a while ago. "It was just a distance thing. No hard feelings. They're fine."
That same source says Taylor has been very busy releasing her new album, Red, which left no time for Conor, grandnephew of the late President John F. Kennedy.
Taylor's publicist had no immediate comment for Country Weekly. Taylor 's camp has in the past said there will be no comments about Taylor's personal life.
If it's true, the breakup is something of a surprise. Taylor's new album has a song, "Begin Again," which is rumored to be about how in love she is with Conor. Oh well. At least now Taylor has material for a new song. . . . (Oh, come on.)
