Sara Evans is busy writing songs for an upcoming greatest-hits album, she tells Nashville’s daily newspaper The Tennessean.

“The hard thing about doing a greatest-hits album,” says Sara, “is that we have three [new] songs that we can put on this record.” She adds, “When you are able to put 12 songs on a record, you have a lot more freedom, room to wiggle. When I am looking at putting three songs on it, there’s a lot more pressure that comes with that.” A release date has not been announced for the album.
