SARA ISSUES ADDITIONAL COMPLAINT
Sara Evans has now filed a supplemental complaint against her husband Craig Schelske, asking for additional restraining orders.

Sara filed for divorce last week in Williamson County, Tenn., accusing her husband of adultery, verbal abuse and viewing pornography at the family’s home. She had issued a restraining order against him based on those allegations. The reason for the latest order is that, according to Sara’s attorney, Schelske transferred $274,000 from their joint back accounts on Thursday, Oct. 12, to an Oregon bank account held in his name only. The additional restraining order will forbid him from withdrawing any more funds.
Also, this evening, Tuesday, Oct. 17, Sara will explain why she left the ABC series Dancing With the Stars in a pre-taped message on the show, which airs at 8 p.m. ET.
