In documents filed in a Williamson County court south of Nashville on Friday, Feb. 23, Sara Evans alleged that her husband Craig Schelske threatened to turn their nasty divorce proceedings into "World War III" if she didn't fire her attorney of record, publicly clear Craig's name on television and agree to a joint child custody agreement. While both parties in the case are abiding by a gag order and not discussing the case outside the court room, the filing of these latest documents indicates pretty clearly that the turbulence between Sara and Craig has not calmed down any since Sara's original divorce filing in October.
