Schelske filed the $20 million lawsuit against Nashville attorney John Hollins Sr., Wednesday, April 11, in Nashville’s Davidson County Circuit Court. The suit stems from a statement Hollins made to People magazine, in which he said, “Let me tell you what, everything we allege, we’ve got photographs to back up the allegations of the complaint.” The lawsuit says that Hollins knew that his statements were untrue. Schelske is asking $10 million in punitive and compensatory damages from Hollins and another $10 million from Hollins’ firm.
