Sara’s Court Date Set

Sara Evans and her estranged husband Craig Schelske have been ordered to appear in court Dec. 12 for a final hearing in their divorce case, reports Nashville’s daily newspaper, The Tennessean.

The hearing in the Williamson County (Tenn.) court is expected to take three or four days. Sara and Schelske have gone to a mediator to try and work out certain terms of the divorce, but those issues have not been resolved. Sara filed for the divorce in October of 2006, citing verbal and emotional abuse along with other charges.
