Rose Falcon, one of Country Weekly's Ones to Watch for 2013, has been named one of CMT's "Next Women of Country," and to celebrate, she has released the new video for her song "If Love Had a Heart." The video was shot in the actual studio where Rose also recorded her EP 19th Avenue Volume Two.
