Ronnie Milsap Receives Legend Award

Ronnie Milsap was honored with the Legend Award at the yearly fundraiser for Nashville youth club Rocketown, Nov. 13.

The theme for the evening was taken from Ronnie’s 1978 No. 1hit, “What a Difference You’ve Made in My Life.” Rocketown is a club founded by Christian artist Michael W. Smith, which strives to provide young people with a positive environment. The Legend Award was created to honor a celebrity who lives an exemplary lifestyle and contributes a positive example for young people. “I am always grateful and thankful for the opportunity to do what I’ve been able to do, which is take your God-given talent and run with it,” said Ronnie upon receiving the award.
