Rodney Atkins Kicks Off New CD

Rodney Atkins is getting ready to release his new album, It's America, featuring the hit title track, Tuesday, March 31.

To help kick off the new CD, Rodney is heading to New York City for an appearance on NBC-TV's Today show, March 31, during the 10 a.m. ET segment. It's America is the follow-up to Rodney's hugely successful If You're Going Through Hell album, which spawned four straight No. 1 singles. For the new record, Rodney says, "We pushed the envelope some, groove-wise. We experimented with some grooves and tempos, but it's still the same subject matter. I knew I wanted to keep making songs that folks can sing along with."
