Ricky Skaggs Teams With Wife
Ricky Skaggs is preparing to release Salt of the Earth, an album of gospel songs recorded with wife Sharon’s family act, The Whites, and his backing group, Kentucky Thunder. It’s the first time Ricky and The Whites—also including Sharon’s sister Cheryl and father Buck—have collaborated on a full-length album. “This project has been a long time coming," Ricky says. The 13-track CD hits stores Sept. 25
