Report: Taylor Buys $2.5 Million Mansion in Nashville

Marble flooring, 4.5 bathrooms, big outdoor in-ground pool, curved staircase . . .

Taylor Swift has picked up a four-bedroom, 5,600-square-foot mansion in Nashville for a cool $2.5 million, according to the website curbed.com. That gives Taylor a country estate about 20 minutes from downtown—and right near new neighbors Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman.

The estate used to be owned by a Nashville record label chief, and what amenities! Black-and-white marble floors, marble fireplace, 4.5 bathrooms, curved staircase, big outdoor pool . . . Time for a party!

Built in 1934 by U.S. Ambassador to Denmark Guilford Dudley Jr., the Greek Revival-style Northumberland Estate was sold to a music exec family in 2004, who paid $1.5 million for the property and invested much more green to extensively renovate and restore it.
